The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued important warnings regarding the expected weather conditions across the country.

A partially cloudy and very cloudy weather is expected in many regions of Turkey. Rainfall is anticipated in the Western and Central Mediterranean, southern and western parts of Central Anatolia, Eastern Black Sea, and some provinces. Heavy rainfall is expected particularly in Giresun, Erzincan, and Gaziantep.

Temperatures are expected to be above seasonal norms in the western regions, while other areas will be around seasonal norms. Winds are expected to blow from the north and southeast.

Meteorology also warned about dust transport in the Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions. Therefore, residents in these areas should be cautious.

Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy, especially during the afternoon hours. It is important for citizens to take necessary precautions according to the weather conditions.
