Social Security Chief Consultant İsa Karakaş pointed out that an increase in the lowest retirement pension could create difficulties. Karakaş stated, "The increase situation could become complicated," highlighting the current economic conditions.

The announcements to be made in July remain a major topic of curiosity for retirees. Karakaş mentioned, "The lowest retirement pension is 14,469 TL. If the government makes an update, this pension could rise to around 16,850 TL."

However, if the Parliament closes on July 1, the increase situation could become complicated. This creates uncertainty regarding the pension increase for retirees.

Experts predict that the increase in pensions could be around 17.91%. In this case, the lowest retirement pension may rise to 17,060 TL.
