In Kadıköy, those demanding gradual retirement gathered together. The demonstration emphasized justice and equality.

Organized by EMADDER, the demonstration saw supporters from DEVA Party and other political parties. They gathered at Kadıköy İskele Square.

EMADDER President Mihriban Uğurlu stated, "We are workers who have earned the right to retire but are left to retire in the grave," expressing their demands.

Uğurlu addressed President Erdoğan and Minister of Labor Işıkhan, stating they have not received responses to their appointment requests. She questioned where the people could turn if the door to justice is closed.

During the demonstration, slogans such as "Gradual retirement is our labor" and "Either justice or justice" were shouted. Protesters demanded that gradual retirement be legalized immediately.
