In Elazig, the 73-year-long 3010 acres case has reached a happy conclusion!

Karakoçan Land Director Mesut Yücel stated that the case, known as the '3010 acres case', consists of 500 parcels. This case directly affects approximately 25,000 people.

The roots of the case date back to the founding of the Republic of Turkey. 5129 landowners will finally receive their titles after many years.

One of the landowners, 81-year-old Riza Bulut, expressed his happiness, saying, 'We are happy about the decision. We are glad to receive our titles.'

Karakoçan Land Director Yücel stated, 'If the landowners receive their titles, the entire area will be opened for development.'
