Shara spoke at the Extraordinary Joint Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League, following Israel's attack on Hamas negotiators. He emphasized that targeting negotiators is a rare occurrence in history.

Shara stated, "A nation does not gain strength without coming together; if it disperses, it weakens. When a person combines a wise heart, a determined mind, and a strong sword, oppression is prevented," highlighting the importance of unity.

Reiterating their commitment to Qatar's fair stance, Shara made it clear about Syria's position in international relations, emphasizing the importance of standing by Syria.
