Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan engaged in significant diplomatic discussions in Doha, Qatar.

Fidan met with Qatar's Prime Minister Al Sani, Egypt's Foreign Minister Abdulati, and other officials during the Extraordinary Joint Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League. The future of the strategic partnership between Turkey and Qatar was discussed.

The discussions included Turkey's mediation efforts for a ceasefire in Gaza. Fidan expressed appreciation for Qatar's role in this process and reiterated Turkey's readiness to support any constructive initiatives.

This visit marks Fidan's third trip to Qatar this year, with previous visits also focusing on regional issues. This trip is expected to further strengthen Turkey-Qatar relations.

Additionally, Minister Fidan held meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Egypt and Pakistan. These discussions addressed issues of regional stability and security.
