Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held significant talks in Qatar. This visit marks a major step in strengthening Turkey-Qatar relations.

Fidan met with Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Sani. The discussions focused on the ceasefire in Gaza and Turkey's mediation efforts.

The talks addressed the development of the strategic partnership between Turkey and Qatar and new areas of cooperation. Regional issues were also discussed.

Fidan emphasized Turkey's support for international efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza. The recognition of the State of Palestine was also evaluated in this context.
