AKP Group Deputy Chair Özlem Zengin made significant statements regarding the new constitution and general amnesty. She answered journalists' questions at the "Anatolian Conversations" program held by the Turkish Press Federation.

Zengin expressed her belief that there would be no general amnesty arrangement. She emphasized the importance of the new constitution process, stating that it is seen as a democratic step for Turkey's future.

Zengin stated, "We prioritize making a new constitution. This will be a critical step for Turkey's future." She also mentioned plans to create a framework with the participation of all political parties.

Zengin added, "If sufficient joint effort is put forth, a new constitution can be possible. We expect the participation of all political parties in this process."
