Devlet Bahçeli's name is linked to a fraud gang. Scammers have set up a base in the Ministry of Environment, defrauding millions.

The fraudsters took advantage of the February 6 earthquakes, which claimed the lives of over 50,000 citizens, deceiving well-known businessmen with promises of earthquake housing tenders.

Using fake ID cards, the fraudsters entered the ministry building and had victims sign fake tender documents. Many famous businessmen fell victim to this scheme.

The prosecutor's office has filed charges against 15 individuals for fraud. Among them is the former president of Kayseri Erciyesspor, who is one of the nine detained suspects.

The methods of the fraudsters included having victims sign fake documents and posing as high-ranking officials in the ministry. This led to many victims being defrauded.
