The DEM Party delegation visited AKP after meeting with MHP. The meeting lasted about 1 hour and 50 minutes and took place in a very friendly atmosphere.

AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler stated that the meeting was a friendly chat. He mentioned that more detailed evaluations would be made in the future.

DEM Party co-chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan made important statements after the meeting. Bakırhan highlighted the attack in Kobani, emphasizing that such incidents could harm the peace process.

Hatimoğulları also provided information about the PKK's disarmament process, stating that the Imralı program would be clarified soon. Additionally, they expressed their expectation for a message from Abdullah Öcalan for Nevruz.

The DEM Party requested an appointment to meet with President Erdoğan, which is expected to take place after the holiday.
