CHP Deputy Group Leader Murat Emir evaluated the 2026 budget. Emir stated that the budget ignores the needs of the public.

Emir said, "The 2026 budget is like a confession written in the language of numbers. The interest lobby is prioritized," he stated.

Emir emphasized that only 168 billion TL is allocated for agricultural support, which he considers insufficient. "917 billion TL is allocated for social aid, indicating that the public is being impoverished," he said.

Emir stated that the amount allocated for interest is 2.74 trillion TL, expressing that this situation is Turkey's greatest disaster.
