The second bargaining phase of CHP began with a trio visit. Mersin Metropolitan Mayor Vahap Seçer, Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, and CHP Sakarya MP Engin Özkoç visited Kılıçdaroğlu.

During the visit, the group conveyed the message to Kılıçdaroğlu, "Özgür Bey is waiting for news from us. If you deem it appropriate, he will come here." However, Kılıçdaroğlu responded negatively, saying, "We will meet after June 30."

The trio tried to convince Kılıçdaroğlu that the case was an attack on CHP and that he should not be a part of this process. Mansur Yavaş stated, "If you handle such a move, if the party splits, no one should trust me, I won't be here," trying to thwart Kılıçdaroğlu's alleged plans.
