Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu sent a get well soon message to Manisa Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek.

İmamoğlu stated that Zeyrek was hospitalized due to electric shock, expressing, "May God protect you, Ferdi. I believe a good and strong person like you will recover quickly and continue your services."

CHP Istanbul Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik also commented on Zeyrek's health condition, stating that it is serious.

İmamoğlu also sent supportive messages to Zeyrek's family and friends, saying, "You will make your family, friends, and colleagues happy, hopefully."
