A fire disaster in Diyarbakır has come to the forefront with a woman's survival story. The fire broke out in the Rojava Site in Kayapınar district, resulting in 4 fatalities and 13 injuries.

Nülifer Kurt, who was home alone during the fire, noticed a strange smell and realized it was coming from the building. She moved to the balcony and was trapped for hours before being rescued by firefighters, sharing her terrifying experience.

It was revealed that there were fire hoses on every floor of the building, but many were unusable. This highlights the importance of fire safety measures.

After the fire, 23 people were hospitalized. During the evacuation, 38 people, including a baby, were rescued with the help of a crane. Teams continue to intervene in the fire.
