Details of the Explosion in Kağıthane Revealed!

The explosion in Kağıthane is believed to be caused by natural gas. The incident occurred on November 12, 2025, around 10:00 PM.

After the explosion, the walls of the house collapsed and a fire broke out. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control. Many health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

The injured person was identified as Sepideh Talebzade, an Iranian national. The injured woman was taken to the hospital and is not in life-threatening condition.

The Istanbul Governor's Office stated that the cause of the explosion will be determined after investigations. Necessary precautions have been taken for the safety of citizens in the area following the incident.

Kağıthane Mayor Mevlüt Öztekin announced that affected citizens will be accommodated in hotels and their needs will be met.
