While some areas regained power quickly, others experienced delays in energy restoration. Aras Electricity Distribution Company faced backlash from residents.

The storm caused roofs to fly off in Tercan and Çayırlı districts. The strong winds damaged the electrical transformer station, leading to power outages. EDAŞ teams managed to restore electricity about 4 hours later.
