Forest fires are affecting various regions of Turkey. The fire near Kızılhisar village started and spread rapidly due to the wind.

Starting on July 8 in agricultural land, the fire spread to forested areas. The Uşak Forest Management Directorate teams worked intensively to control the fire.

The fire was intervened by 13 water trucks, 1 airplane, and 1 helicopter. Thanks to the intense efforts of the teams, the fire was brought under control.

Two suspects related to the fire were released under judicial control. It is crucial to implement measures and intervention methods to prevent such fires.

Being prepared for natural disasters is vital for both individuals and communities. Continuous training and drills should be conducted to manage fires effectively.
