Climate Change and Rising Temperatures: What's Happening?

Climate change and global warming are among the most discussed topics today. With rising temperatures, it is expected that temperatures in southeastern Turkey will reach up to 43 degrees.
According to data from the General Directorate of Meteorology, temperatures in Batman will reach 43 degrees. In Şanlıurfa and Diyarbakır, temperatures are expected to hover around 41 degrees.

It is predicted that temperatures will rise to 30 degrees across the country. This temperature increase will become more pronounced with the arrival of spring.
Temperatures are expected to exceed seasonal norms by 8 to 12 degrees. This situation may also have impacts on agriculture and health sectors.

In major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, no rain is expected. Temperatures in these cities are projected to rise to 23-24 degrees.
