Entry to forested areas in Eskişehir and Afyonkarahisar is banned!

According to the announcement from the Eskişehir Forest Regional Directorate, entry to forests will be banned starting June 15. This decision was made due to the risk of forest fires caused by expected above-normal temperatures during the summer.

Under this ban, social and sporting events, nature walks, and bicycle tours in forested areas will not be allowed. Additionally, controlled fires will also be prohibited.

Those who do not comply with the ban will face administrative fines and legal action. Therefore, it is our collective responsibility to adhere to these rules to protect our forests.
