Storm Disasters: Impacting from Kayseri to Aydın

Recently, storm and lightning strike incidents have been reported across many regions of Turkey. This situation not only causes material damage but also raises concerns among citizens.
In Kayseri's Kocasinan district, a tree branch fell on parked cars due to strong winds. This incident resulted in a broken window and material damage to one of the vehicles.
In Aydın, many roofs were blown off and trees were toppled due to the storm. Governor Yakup Canbolat stated that teams were on duty throughout the night and no injuries were reported.
Similar incidents occurred in Istanbul. The General Directorate of Meteorology issued warnings for strong winds and storms. Trees fell in Fatih and Bakırköy, causing damage to vehicles.
The Aegean region was also affected by the storm, leading to fallen trees and streets covered in white. Heavy rainfall in Izmir and Aydın negatively impacted daily life.
In Antalya, wind speeds reached 35 to 50 kilometers per hour. Fallen trees on parked cars caused material damage.
