A water pipe burst in Bodrum, leading to the flooding of 9 homes and causing significant damage. The incident occurred on Kargı Street in Yahşi neighborhood.

During the explosion, tons of water and debris were propelled into the air, reaching nearby properties and damaging several vehicles.

Workers in the area narrowly escaped as the water flowed all the way to the sea, turning its color brown due to the sediment.

Municipality and MUSKİ teams were dispatched immediately after the incident to begin repair work.

Resident Büşra Kaptan stated, "The water line burst with a loud noise, causing damage to our site."
