The inheritance case of billionaire businessman Murat Bayrak has concluded after a 10-year struggle.

Bayrak passed away at the age of 97 in 2015, leaving behind a dispute among his 5 children. His son Mustafa Bayrak did not share the inheritance with his sisters, leading to a lawsuit.

The Bakırköy 1st Commercial Court has seized Mustafa Bayrak's 97% shares in Sancak Tül and Sancak Airlines, determining that his sisters will receive a 6/20 share of the inheritance.

During the trial, it was claimed that Bayrak had a $20 million account in Commerzbank, Europe's largest bank, but access to this account was not achieved.

Bayrak's sisters' lawyer, Baykal Doğan, stated that legal processes regarding the factory land in Sancaktepe and the villas in Ayvalık will also continue.
