Guaranteed flexibility will enhance the flexibility of labor markets while strengthening job security and social security rights for disadvantaged groups. This model anticipates changes in various areas from hiring workers to part-time work.

Additionally, automatic enrollment of students under 25 in the individual retirement system will be implemented, providing a new savings opportunity for young people.

The digital Turkish lira project is also included in the program, marking an important step in the field of financial technologies.
