Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan delivered a support message to the Syrian administration. He emphasized the need to strengthen relations following the liberation of the Syrian people.

In a statement on social media, Fidan highlighted the importance of protecting and advancing Syria's gains through cooperation. He mentioned that the discussions held in Ankara as Foreign Ministers were strategic in nature.

Fidan stated that Syria's security is inseparable from Turkey's security and that they will continue to provide all kinds of support to their Syrian brothers.

He also mentioned that they evaluated steps that could be taken at bilateral and regional levels for the reconstruction of Syria. Turkey will continue to support Syria's fight against terrorism, he emphasized.

Fidan reiterated that they will continue to stand by the Syrian people and support their legitimate expectations.
