Urban transformation projects in Istanbul are gaining momentum. Under the leadership of Ekrem İmamoğlu, many new housing units are being constructed through the Yarısı Bizden campaign.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced the transformation of the Özevim Site in Üsküdar, Istanbul. This project has led to the construction of 293 new housing units, with key deliveries now underway.

Yalçın Özer highlighted the insecurity of their old homes against earthquakes and emphasized the safety provided by the new housing. Citizens are now enjoying modern and secure homes thanks to government support.

The Yarısı Bizden campaign offers 875,000 TL in grant support for each housing unit, making it easier for citizens to become homeowners. This support presents a significant opportunity in urban transformation projects.
