Recently, it has come to light that a gang defrauded citizens of 30 million lira under the pretense of civil service promises. Searches at the suspects' addresses revealed fake appointment documents purportedly from various ministries. These documents were used to deceive citizens dreaming of becoming civil servants.

The fraudsters rented private offices to gain trust and pretended to have phone conversations with ministers or deputies while hosting victims there. They constantly changed their phones and SIM cards to cover their tracks, and threatened victims to prevent them from filing complaints.

After their processing at the police station, 4 suspects were sent to court and arrested. Citizens need to be cautious to prevent such fraud incidents.
