TBMM Commission Takes Action! A New Era Begins

The Turkish Grand National Assembly is taking a significant step by establishing a new commission for the Terror-Free Turkey process. This commission will be formed through collaboration among political parties.
TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş will meet with the group vice presidents of political parties to discuss the details of the commission. It is expected that the commission will consist of 40-45 members.

The establishment of the commission is seen as a crucial step in Turkey's fight against terrorism. Kurtulmuş emphasized the critical role of guiding societal psychology in this process.
While opposition parties demand that the commission be established by law, the AK Party suggests it should be initiated by the Speaker of the Assembly. This situation may lead to political debates.

Kurtulmuş will take necessary steps to establish the commission by meeting with other political parties this week. This process is of great importance for Turkey's democratization goals.
