President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made significant statements in Istanbul Güngören. He provided information about urban transformation projects and criticized the CHP.

Erdoğan stated, "Urban transformation is a matter of national security for us. We must make Istanbul resilient against disasters," he said.

He pointed out that the CHP opposed urban transformation projects, resulting in significant losses. "Their agenda includes rent, nullity, but no services," he stated.

Emphasizing that they have transformed a total of 2 million 317 thousand independent units, Erdoğan announced that 1 million 17 thousand housing and workplaces in Istanbul are included in the transformation scope.

Erdoğan concluded, "We are determined in urban transformation. We will not allow anyone to hinder our efforts to build resilient cities," he said.
