Two MPs resigned from DEVA Party.

Istanbul MP Evrim Rızvanoğlu and Tekirdağ MP Cem Avşar announced their resignation from the DEVA Party. Rızvanoğlu shared his resignation on social media.

Cem Avşar made a similar statement, indicating that he left the DEVA Party, of which he was a founding member since March 9, 2020. Both MPs were elected from CHP lists in the 2023 elections.

With these resignations, the number of independent MPs in the Turkish Grand National Assembly has increased to 11. Rızvanoğlu expressed gratitude to those he worked with in the DEVA Party in his resignation.
