Devlet Bahçeli highlighted the importance of Bağcılar National Garden. This area is located in one of Istanbul's dense regions and offers citizens a chance to breathe.

Bağcılar National Garden spans 60,000 square meters and features 2,030 trees, walking paths, and social facilities. Minister Kurum emphasized that this area serves as a vital breathing space for citizens.

Following the earthquake, this national garden was also used as a refuge. Visitors noted the availability of social areas and a library.

A total of 292 national gardens have been completed across Turkey. In Istanbul, there are 34 national gardens, with 20 more under construction. These projects are being realized under the Turkey Century vision.

Devlet Bahçeli emphasized the importance of such green spaces for society and stated that they will continue to support Istanbul's earthquake transformation projects.
