As the last days of the year approach, a cold air wave from the North Pole is starting to show its effects. Snowfall is expected in Istanbul on December 31 and January 1.

Starting Thursday, heavy rain is expected to begin. Cities like Istanbul, Edirne, and Bursa are forecasted to receive intense rainfall. Citizens are advised to take precautions against storms and sudden downpours.

On Friday, rainfall will continue along the Black Sea coast and in Eastern Anatolia. Strong winds are expected from the north. Caution is advised.
