MHP Ordu Deputy Naci Şanlıtürk harshly criticized AKP Mayor Hilmi Güler during a live broadcast.

Şanlıtürk claimed that the municipality is developing housing projects on vacant lands under the guise of urban transformation, stating, "The Ordu Metropolitan Municipality is deceiving people by building houses on empty lands under the name of urban transformation."

He also alleged that the municipality spent 12-13 million TL on its communication units to create a public perception. Şanlıtürk expressed his frustration, saying, "Stop making commissioned news for newspapers with public money."

Addressing claims of energy production, Şanlıtürk challenged, "Come on, show me where and how you are producing energy?"

Criticizing the municipality's attitude towards small businesses, Şanlıtürk remarked, "It's easy to show the power of the state to a poor person selling meatballs by the stream."
