Devlet Bahçeli and the New Social Housing Campaign

Devlet Bahçeli made significant statements regarding the new social housing campaign. This campaign will be implemented in 81 provinces and aims to provide affordable housing for low-income citizens.
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, shared updates on the damage assessment following the 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. He reported receiving 6,539 damage notifications, with 1,473 buildings being undamaged.
Under this campaign, significant opportunities will be provided for young people and retirees who cannot own homes. Devlet Bahçeli emphasized that citizens will be included in this transformation process with their consent.

Minister Kurum stated that over 40,000 citizens were hosted in parks and that more than 500,000 soups and 1 million waters and food packages were distributed. These aids are an important step to overcome the difficulties experienced after the earthquake.
