JOURNALING IDEAS THAT WILL MAKE YOU BETTER

1. WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS EACH DAY.


This is by far my favorite of all the journaling ideas on this list. Every morning, I wake up, grab my journal, and re-write my goals.


This is my favorite part because journaling my goals reminds me of what matters most to me right now. It reminds me every morning why I live, what I live for.

 

2. DAILY LOG


It's about writing down everything you experienced that day. What did you eat, where did you go, who did you meet, etc. When we put our experiences in writing, we get to know ourselves and our decisions. We write our own history.


We don't need beautiful sentences, we just need reality.

 

3.JOURNAL THREE THINGS YOU’RE GRATEFUL FOR


Here are three things I’m grateful for today:

1.      My friends.

2.      A job where I can freely express my thoughts.

3.      Water.


You can add as many details as you want or extend the list, but make sure there are at least 3.


Also, I know you think the best time to do this is at the end of the day, but if you do it in the morning, the things you're grateful for will come with you throughout the day.

 

4. JOURNALING FOR PROBLEM SOLVING


Got a problem with your home? Should you quit your job? Should this friendship continue?


We all face many problems in daily life or long term. Sometimes it is obvious what needs to be done to solve the problem, but sometimes we just feel stuck. In these moments, we can reach the problem and the solution by writing down what we feel and defining our thoughts.


So if you can't find a solution or even a problem, don't worry and write. I'm sure you'll find something.
