CHP Deputy Durmaz Warns of Crisis in Agriculture

Durmaz noted the increasing migration from rural areas to cities and that many villages are only filled during the summer months. He stressed that young people do not want to stay in the villages.
Recalling that the average age of female farmers has risen to 61, Durmaz stated that special incentive programs and support for women producers are essential.
