Hayrabolu Mayor Tuncer Başoğlu announced his resignation from CHP during the CHP 39th Ordinary Hayrabolu District Congress at the Kadir Albayrak Cultural Center.

Başoğlu stated that he will continue his political career independently, expressing his love for everyone and wishing success to CHP.

In his speech, Başoğlu highlighted the challenges he faced and emphasized the importance of honesty in politics, stating, "If your mind and tongue do not say the same thing, it has no value."

He also addressed the issues within CHP, saying, "This is not the end; I will continue my path independently."
