Rain from the Balkans to Affect Turkey!

Rain from the Balkans is set to affect Turkey!
The General Directorate of Meteorology has announced that heavy showers will affect many cities, including Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. The temperatures are expected to remain around seasonal norms.

The wind is expected to blow strongly from the north, and there may be storm effects in the Marmara region. Citizens are advised to be cautious and take necessary precautions.

Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen stated that there could be over 80 kg of rain in some regions tomorrow between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Therefore, precautions should be taken both on land and at sea.
In Istanbul, the Poyraz effect will bring cool and rainy weather. A new rainy system from the Central Mediterranean is expected to enter on Friday.
This cool air mass from the Balkans is likely to lower summer temperatures slightly. It is important for citizens to keep track of the weather conditions.
