As discussions continue regarding the trustee and management at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency, the expulsion process initiated against Gürsel Tekin, Barış Yarkadaş, and Berhan Şimşek will be evaluated. The YDK will convene at 1:00 PM, and their expulsion from the party is expected.

The party management initiated the expulsion process due to these individuals directly targeting the management and needing to adopt the court's trustee decision. Additionally, the CHP is waiting for the 45th Civil Court of First Instance to lift the injunction for the Istanbul Provincial Congress to take place.

For the congress to be held on the planned date, it is crucial that this court decision is clarified.
