CHP's Orhan Sümer harshly criticized the traffic fines imposed during the holiday.

Many citizens returning from holiday visits came back with fine receipts. Sümer stated, "This is no longer control, it's a trap."

Sümer noted that citizens on social media commented, "Going to the hometown has become a crime." He emphasized that the fines target the little money in people's pockets.

Calling on the government, Sümer said, "Immediately abandon this understanding that sees citizens as a source of income!"
