The Samsun Governorate announced that the rainfall will continue and urged citizens to take precautions against potential flooding.

Similar situations were reported in Kastamonu, where sudden downpours caught citizens off guard, leading to water accumulation on the roads.

Due to the heavy rainfall, streets turned into lakes. Vehicles struggled to navigate through the water, and many sought shelter from the rain.
