A forest fire in Karabük has been brought under control!

A fire broke out in the Arıcak village area of Karabük, quickly growing and visible from many points in the city. Numerous fire trucks and tankers were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was brought under control within 2 hours with the help of 3 helicopters and 20 fire trucks. One firefighter was affected by smoke and was taken to the hospital.

An investigation into the cause of the fire has been initiated, and cooling efforts are ongoing. Citizens in the area have been urged to remain cautious following the incident.
