Hurricane and storm disaster has taken hold of Turkey. Fires are spreading across many provinces.

According to breaking news, a forest fire in Sakarya's Taraklı district has spread to Bilecik. The fire threatens nearby villages and evacuation procedures have begun.

Bilecik Governor Faik Oktay Sözer stated that all teams are mobilized to control the fire. Firefighting efforts are ongoing from both air and ground.

Approximately 300 people have been evacuated to safe areas due to the fire. Animals are also being relocated to safety.

Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı warned that rising temperatures increase the risk of fires. He urged citizens to be cautious.
