Boat fires in Mugla have been increasing, raising concerns among sailors.

In Fethiye's Göcek neighborhood, a fire broke out on a boat, which was attempted to be controlled by marina staff and nearby sailors. The fire was extinguished with the intervention of the Coast Guard and Emergency teams, but the boat was rendered unusable.

In Tuzla, a fire in a marina spread to three adjacent boats. Firefighters and Coast Guard teams intervened. As a result, four boats became unusable.

A similar incident occurred in Marmaris, where the quick response of marina teams helped control the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

These fires serve as an important warning regarding maritime safety. Investigations are ongoing to determine the causes of the fires and necessary precautions are being taken.
