According to TARSİM's statement, significant frost events occurred between April 9-13 due to sudden drops in temperatures, marking one of the largest frost incidents in recent years. This situation has affected a wide area.

TARSİM emphasized that damage assessment work has begun and that producers should not worry. Producers can report their damages via ALO TARSİM 172 or the mobile application.

This incident has once again highlighted the importance of agricultural insurance. The negative effects of climate change on agricultural production underscore the necessity of agricultural insurance for the continuity of producers' activities.
