In Adıyaman, a 20-minute heavy rain caused water accumulation on streets. The rain left behind a cloudy atmosphere, negatively impacting daily life.
In Elazig, following meteorological warnings, heavy rains were effective. Some citizens had to jump over a lift to cross flooded streets.
