14-Year Blood Feud Ends in Peace in Iğdır

In Iğdır, a 14-year blood feud concluded with a peace ceremony. This conflict began after a dispute in 2011.
The peace meal held in Yaycı Village was attended by villagers and community leaders. Village head Ferhat Yıldız emphasized unity and brotherhood, stating, "Friendship and brotherhood will prevail in our village."

Businessman Muzaffer Türkoğlu, who facilitated the peace process, thanked both families for their contributions to peace.

The Yıldız and Yıldırım families shook hands to reconcile. Villagers prayed together for lasting peace.
