New Era in Transportation: Openings and Investments in Amasya

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu inaugurated significant transportation projects in Amasya. The Aydınca Variant and Şehit Ahmet Özsoy Tunnel will strengthen the region's transportation infrastructure.
Uraloğlu emphasized Amasya's strategic position, stating that these projects will contribute to the region's socioeconomic development. The new tunnel will minimize traffic issues caused by winter conditions.
The Aydınca Variant and Şehit Ahmet Özsoy Tunnel span a total of 3.8 kilometers and will save an annual total of 50.7 million lira. Additionally, it will reduce carbon emissions by 1178 tons annually.
Uraloğlu stated that with the understanding that 'Road is civilization', they have equipped Turkey with high-standard roads. He noted that the divided road network has increased from 6,101 kilometers in 2002 to 29,878 kilometers today.
Uraloğlu highlighted that the projects implemented in Amasya are not just engineering works but also a gateway to the region's future.
