Recent heavy rainfall in Rize has led to significant transportation issues.

Minister of Transport Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that 14 million lira will be provided to Rize as aid. This assistance aims to support areas affected by floods and landslides.

Minister Uraloğlu stated that 1428 personnel and 567 machines are currently working in the field. Additionally, 31 village roads have been reopened for transportation.

In the flood events in Rize, 5 people were injured. The minister confirmed that there were no fatalities and that the injured are in stable condition.

Efforts are ongoing to clear the roads in Rize following the flood disaster. Teams are working hard to restore transportation by cleaning the roads.
