Generation Z is showing a very active profile when it comes to changing jobs. According to a recent study, nearly half of this generation is considering changing jobs this year.

In a survey conducted by the career network Xing, 54% of Generation Z has already changed their employers. Additionally, 48% are planning to change jobs this year.

The main reason for young workers' willingness to change jobs is salary increases. Labor market expert Julian Stahl states, "Young people have a strong incentive to change jobs."

45% of Generation Z participants indicated that low salaries are the most important factor in their job change decisions. This contradicts the perception that young people are primarily looking for meaningful work.

Older generations have different motivations for changing jobs. Only one-third of Generation X is willing to change jobs, and this rate drops to 15% for Baby Boomers.

Job security emerges as the top priority for all generations. Fixed-term employment contracts are also among the critical criteria for most job seekers, regardless of age.
