A green prescription operation centered in Aydın has drawn attention.

Police teams acted on information regarding the illegal sale of green prescription drugs in Aydın and Ordu. Following technical and physical surveillance, 5 suspects were arrested. It was determined that the suspects had issued fraudulent prescriptions and reports to sell the drugs.

The arrested suspects include medical secretaries and radiology technicians working at Aydın Atatürk State Hospital. Their processing at the police station is ongoing. This operation is seen as a significant step towards preventing irregularities in the healthcare sector.
